I was asked for a witch like half mask that would be comfortable for the actress, easy to take off, and not interfere with her singing ability. Of course I delivered :)

Setting up a clean workspace.
Creating an initial plaster cast of the actresses face, so I could make the mask without her present.
Forming the mask out of plaster on top of the plaster cast.
